On 21 May 2024, an exciting and instructive workshop was held at G. Klampfer in Leonding in collaboration with the social media experts from SURF-Jobs. The aim of the workshop was to teach our apprentices how to film and edit videos for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram and to provide them with valuable knowledge in the field of social media.
The workshop started with a theory session in which the SURF-Jobs employees gave #teamlila a comprehensive overview of how social media works, especially TikTok. Topics such as algorithms, user behaviour, age groups and the creation of content in high formats were covered in detail. The participants learnt how to edit appealing videos and create good content.
In the practical part, the trainees were able to put what they had learnt directly into practice. Under the guidance of the experts, they filmed various scenes from their apprenticeships and produced three impressive apprenticeship presentation videos. The apprentices took on all roles - from camera work to video editing - and received valuable tips and tricks on how to create moving and expressive shots. The high level of commitment and enthusiasm shown by our apprentices was particularly impressive. The experts from SURF-Jobs praised their active participation and creative commitment.
The results of the workshop were extremely successful: three very good apprentice job videos were completed and our apprentices gained in-depth knowledge of social media and video production. The main objective of learning how to use social media videos was therefore fully achieved.
We are proud of the outstanding performance of our apprentices and look forward to further creative projects. Many thanks to the team at SURF-Jobs for their great support and cooperation.
