Once again this year, our apprentice excursion was all about team spirit and cooperation. A total of 33 apprentices set off to enjoy a day full of exciting challenges and unforgettable experiences.
The startup®-fahrschule henke provided the perfect backdrop for our team-building event. Our apprentices had the opportunity to prove themselves in practical exercises, which required skill and teamwork above all else. For each task, it was crucial that the teams worked together to find solutions and support each other - skills that are not only important in the workplace, but also in life.
After an eventful morning, our apprentice representative took care of our well-being with delicious barbecue specialities. The afternoon was characterised by other activities that focused on creativity and problem-solving skills. Our apprentices gained valuable experience, made new friends and strengthened their confidence in their own performance and in the community.
There was a special surprise at the end: our coach Uwe Wagner (UCON) presented a trophy in recognition of the apprentices' commitment and motivation. There was a special and very fitting engraving on the trophy:
"Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships."
