LOGISTICS CENTRE Sattledt
The newly built logistics centre is part of a newly created industrial estate with around 14,900m² in the area of the motorway junction "Voralpenkreuz", north of the Westautobahn.
The logistics centre consists of two components. Frigologo, a logistics company for refrigerated goods, is located in the larger one, and Ontime, a forwarding company, is located in the second.
Office areas, dry storage and cooling areas with a deep-freeze room down to -35° C were realised in the Frigologo component. Due to the size of the hall (172m x 60m) and the high frequency of goods deliveries, the building was also equipped with a pneumatic tube system for the rapid transport of shipping documents.
The second component, measuring 103m x 37m, comprises the office areas and warehouse for the Ontime freight forwarding company.
