ELMET Elastomere Produktions- und Dienstleistungs GmbH is a company that specialises in the development, production and distribution of high-quality elastomer products. The product range includes customised solutions made from various elastomer materials that are used in different industries, such as the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and medical technology.
In order to meet the growing demand for high-performance silicones and sealants, Elmet Elastomere decided to significantly expand its production capacity. A state-of-the-art extension was to be built on a 22,000 square metre site, which would not only create more space for production, but also provide new office space.
We successfully realised the entire electrical installation for Elmet Elastomere, including high and low voltage systems, as part of the new construction of their production halls and office building. By working closely with Elmet's planners, we were able to provide customised solutions that ensure a reliable power supply and efficient network technologies. The result is a modern, high-performance infrastructure that optimises operations and creates the basis for future expansion. The new facilities and offices now offer not only an efficient and safe working environment, but also future-proof technologies that meet the needs of a dynamic organisation.
